Paulina Gras was born in Poznan and her musical education is connected with this city till now. She graduated from the Mieczyslaw Karlowicz Music Highschool, the flute class of Dorota Karaniewicz-Biedny, then in 2011 she graduated Music Academy in Poznan, she studied by prof. Andrzej Łęgowski. The last two years of her education was devoted to studies at the Musikhögskolan in Malmö, Sweden, where she explored her skills under the tutelage of Prof. Anders Ljungar-Chapelon.
In 2011, along with the piano quartet she won the third prize at the International Chamber Music Competition in Jawor and a year later, the same team was the winner of the Svirel Competition in Slovenia.
Paulina Gras is not only a chamber musician, she cooperates constantly with orchestras of the Grand Theatre in Poznan, Poznan Philharmonic, Music Theatre in Poznań and Opera at the Castle in Szczecin.
As a soloist, Paulina Gras performs in various musical events - including Flute Festival in Poznan and concerts of modern music in the National Scientific Conference Neofonia.
In 2012, the flutist had taken a part in two recordings: songs and lullabies for children "In the old castle on the rock" and the complete works of Ewa Fabianska - she recorded a piece for solo flute titled “Relever”.
In the summer of 2013 she contributed in the stage prformance of Pierrot Lunaire by Arnold Schoenberg. The flutist had to play her usual flute part and also present dramatic abillities-role of the Death.
